Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc. is a Texas-based, public company (EXOU) that manufactures advanced industrial products for worldwide applications and markets worth over $20 billion/year. Products
Exousia products include proprietary resins, additives, industrial coatings and structural materials. Our products are sold under the trade names RPA™ Resin, VISTAMER® Rubber Engineered Particles, AEGEON™ (U.S.) and Power Shield™ (China/Asia) Industrial Coatings, SIPs Building Systems, TRUSS CORE™ Structural Components and E-CORE™ Structural Foam.

Advanced Materials
Advanced Materials includes our advanced polymers, including RPA™ Resin and VISTAMER® Rubber. A number of Exousia products are extensions or composites of these materials. For example, VISTAMER provides significant differentiation to our family of industrial coatings. Other composites include the structural products E-CORE™ and TRUSS CORE™. These Advanced Materials are also marketed directly to manufacturers and distributors. We are currently developing multiple high-volume manufacturing applications where our products provide substantially greater value.

China Operations
The China Operations group coordinates business activity within China and the greater Asian region. China Operations manufacture and distribute Power Shield coatings for a wide range of heavy-duty industrial applications. The primary means of marketing consists of exclusive distributor alliances with large Chinese companies. Exousia also plans to market its other products, including Advanced Materials and Building Systems, throughout China and Asia.
